BaO含量对粉煤灰制备硅灰石微晶玻璃的影响姚树玉,霍文龙,裴中爱,韩野,张伟伟山东科技大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:采用烧结法制备了CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系粉煤灰微晶玻璃.利用X射线衍射测试了微晶玻璃晶相类型,利用电子探针-能谱分析法研究了晶相组成,组织结构及玻璃基体中的氧硅比.结果表明,BaO质量分数由2%增加到5.77%时,氧硅比值由2.80增加到2.91;提高氧硅比降低硅氧四面体网络的连接程度,降低高温粘度及烧结终止温度.微晶玻璃含有单一的硅灰石衍射峰,微晶玻璃中晶相的EDS能谱中只包含Ca,Si,O 3种元素,其相应的原子比值接近1∶1∶3,化学表达式为CaSiO3;BaO含量变化没有改变微晶玻璃主晶相的种类,均为单一的硅灰石晶体.关键词:粉煤灰;微晶玻璃;硅灰石;氧化钡;......
利用废料直接烧结制备CaO-Al2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃及其性能彭长浩,卢金山南昌航空大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:以废玻璃,粉煤灰和氧化钙为原料,采用直接烧结法制备了CaO-Al2O3-SiO2(CAS)微晶玻璃;研究了CaO加入量和烧结温度对微晶玻璃烧结性能,晶相组成,显微结构和抗弯强度的影响.结果表明:随着CaO加入量的增多以及烧结温度的升高,微晶玻璃的体积密度先增大后减小;高的CaO加入量和烧结温度促进了柱状硅灰石晶相的生成;CAS微晶玻璃抗弯强度与体积密度的变化趋势基本相同;加入CaO质量分数为18%,在1 100℃烧结2h制备的CAS微晶玻璃的体积密度最大,为2.26g.cm-3,其主晶相为单一β-硅灰石,结晶度为50.7%,抗弯强度最大,为81.5MPa.关键词:废玻璃;粉......
