多孔阳极氧化铝膜厚度影响因素王晓燕1,翟秀静1,张廷安1,符岩1,郑双2(1.辽宁省沈阳市东北大学2.沈阳航空工业学院,沈阳 110032)摘 要:以H2SO4为电解液对高纯铝箔进行阳极氧化,用涡流测厚仪分析制备工艺参数对多孔氧化铝膜厚度的影响.结果表明,在一定电解液浓度及电解电压下,氧化铝膜厚度随电解液浓度及电解电压的增加而增大,但过高的电解液浓度及电解电压均会造成氧化铝膜的快速击穿.氧化铝膜厚度随电解时间的增加而增大,但初期的增长速度较快,后期随电解时间的增加变化缓慢.在一定温度范围内氧化铝膜的厚度随温度的......
