6061铝合金微弧氧化膜的组织及热震性能 李夕金1,张盈1,蒋兴莉1,田华1,杨卓1,薛文斌1 (1.北京师范大学材料科学与工程系,北京,100875;2.北京师范大学低能核物理研究所,北京,100875) 摘要:利用微弧氧化方法在6061铝合金上制备陶瓷膜.采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了氧化膜的截面组织,成分和相结构,并用划痕法和热震试验评价了膜层与铝基体结合状况.结果表明微弧氧化膜由致密层和疏松层组成,氧化膜主要相组成为γ-Al2O3,α-Al2O3和SiO2非晶相.划痕压力为55N时50μm膜层开始被破坏.热震试验结果表明,50μm膜层样品经过500℃→水淬50次循环后无变化.膜层越薄,抗热震性能越好,膜层表面抛光有利于提高微弧氧化膜的热震性能. 关键词:微弧氧化; 6061铝合金; 划痕; 热震; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
