1420合金的应力腐蚀断裂行为 黄正1,陈群志2,祝铭亮1,张蕾2 (1.北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程学院,北京,100083;2.北京航空工程技术研究中心,北京,100076) 摘要:采用电化学方法和慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)技术, 研究了时效制度对1420 Al-Li合金的时效动力学及抗应力腐蚀性能的影响.通过透射电镜,扫描电镜观察与分析, 探讨了不同时效处理工艺下1420合金的显微组织,慢应变速率拉伸断口形貌及其影响机制.结果表明, 与120 ℃/12 h相比, 采用120 ℃/6 h+190 ℃/6 h处理不仅可以缩短合金到达时效峰值的时间, 提高合金的强度, 使其断裂强度,断裂时间,延伸率以及总断裂能等都得到显著提高, 同时也改善了合金的抗应力腐蚀性能. 关键词:双级时效; 应力腐蚀抗力; 慢应变速率拉伸; 阳极化; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
