矿化剂加入量及硅溶胶浓度对陶瓷型壳性能的影响 唐定中1,刘晓光1,姚建省1,齐长见1 (1.北京航空材料研究院,北京,100095) 摘要:采用不同比例矿化剂用量及不同浓度的硅溶胶配制涂料,按照一定工艺制得陶瓷型壳试样,研究了涂料的流变性能,型壳的力学性能及其高温抗蠕变性能.实验结果表明,随着矿化剂加入量增加,陶瓷型壳的力学性能及高温抗蠕变性能随之增加;随着硅溶胶浓度的增加,涂料的粘度及剪切应力逐渐增加,浓度为25% (体积分数,下同)的硅溶胶制得的陶瓷型壳高温强度及高温抗蠕变性能优越. 关键词:陶瓷型壳; 矿化剂; 硅溶胶; 流变性能; 力学性能; ceramic shell; mineralizer; silica sol; rhelolgical properties; mechanical properties; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
改性纳米CaCO3复合粒子的制备,表征及性能 邱凤仙1,吴冬梅1,朱复红1,张勤勤1,杨冬亚1 (1.江苏大学化学化工学院,江苏,镇江,212013) 摘要:采用含有纳米硅溶胶的纳米碳酸钙悬浮液在超声波处理及加热条件下,硅溶胶发生缩合反应从而沉积在纳米碳酸钙粒子表面的溶胶-凝胶沉淀法,制备出性能稳定的纳米碳酸钙/二氧化硅复合粒子.通过红外光谱(FTIR),TEM分析,zeta电位测定以及TGA分析,表征了硅溶胶与纳米CaCO3粒子之间的杂化作用,研究了改性纳米CaCO3复合粒子水分散液的稳定性和粒径,两种纳米粒子之间的包覆作用,杂化作用以及改性后纳米CaCO3复合粒子的热稳定性.同时研究发现,改性后的无机纳米CaCO3复合粒子在聚氨酯脲水分散液中具有很好的分散性. 关键词:硅溶胶; 纳米CaCO3; 水性聚氨酯; 杂化水分散液; 力学性能; silica sol; nano......
