赤泥的改性及其在水泥生产中的应用任根宽1(1.四川省宜宾市宜宾学院化工系)摘 要:采用酸性工业废渣磷石膏作为赤泥中和剂,降低赤泥中含碱量.通过在一定温度下煅烧赤泥和磷石膏的混合物,使低活性γ-2CaO·SiO2转化为高活性的β-2CaO·SiO2,提高赤泥的活性.结果表明,赤泥与磷石膏按10∶1比例混合后,在800℃进行煅烧,保温2h后自然冷却,用改性赤泥作为水泥的混合材,并取的良好效果.在水泥中掺45%的混合材,改性赤泥比赤泥用作混合材时后期强度提高近16%,水泥的各项物理性能仍能满足525#水泥国标的要求.......
