Ni-Co合金镀层的硬度及结构研究刘林静,邹德宁,胡书茂,王冬,李科欣,张英波西安建筑科技大学冶金工程学院摘 要:在硫酸盐体系中采用单一变量法研究了电流密度,镀液温度和pH值对电镀Ni-Co合金镀层硬度的影响规律,确定了电镀Ni-Co合金镀层的优化工艺条件:镀液温度45℃,镀液pH值3,电流密度6A/dm2;于该条件下在铜铬锆合金基体上制备出了硬度高,结合性能良好的Ni-Co合金镀层,并研究了退火温度对Ni-Co合金镀层硬度及织构的影响规律.结果表明,Ni-Co合金镀层硬度随退火温度的升高先提高后降低,300℃时HV0.05最高为506.2;退火后镀层呈较强的(111)织构.关键词:电镀;Ni-Co合金镀层;单一变量法;硬度;结合性能;退火;......
固溶处理对Ni-Co基高温合金反常动态应变时效的影响田成刚1,崔传勇1,谷月峰2,孙晓峰11. 中国科学院金属研究所2. 日本国立材料研究所摘 要:研究了亚固溶和过固溶处理对Ni-Co基高温合金在400和450℃和不同应变速率下拉伸时的锯齿状塑性失稳现象的影响.实验结果表明,过固溶合金的晶粒尺寸和二次γ′相间距大于亚固溶合金.2种固溶处理后的合金都表现为反常动态应变时效,其锯齿状流变现象都是由置换固溶原子和可动位错的相互作用引起的.2种固溶处理后锯齿状流变的临界应变量的差别与合金内二次γ′相的间距和塑性变形时合金内位错密度有关;其应力差值的区别与塑性变形时合金内位错密度及由晶界控制的扩散有关.关键词:Ni-Co基高温合金;动态应变时效(DSA);激活能;置换固溶原子;临界应变量;应力差值;......
