K4169高温合金组织细化研究 刘林1,熊玉华2,李培杰2,杨爱民1 (1.西北工业大学应用物理系,;2.清华大学机械工程系,) 摘要:研究了K4169高温合金在不同浇注温度及向熔体中加入细化剂时的晶粒组织. 结果表明, 降低浇注温度可以明显细化凝固后基体的晶粒和提高铸件断面等轴晶的比例. 在通常的浇注温度1400℃和1420℃下,并对合金熔体进行均匀化处理时,加入所研制的复合细化剂可使圆柱锭的晶粒分别细化至ASTM 1.7级和ASTM M10.5级;断面等轴晶的比例分别达96% 和90%以上. 本文提出了晶粒细化的机理并分析了晶粒细化后断面等轴晶比例增大的现象. 关键词:高温合金; 晶粒细化; 晶粒细化机理; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

细晶铸造K4169合金微观组织对力学性能的影响 赵京晨1,董建新2,曾燕屏2,张麦仓2,韦家虎2 (1.钢铁研究总院,北京,100081;2.北京科技大学,材料科学与工程学院,北京,100083) 摘要:比较细晶铸造工艺和普通铸造工艺获得的K4169合金的组织和力学性能,借助于光学显微镜,扫描电镜,能谱仪等手段,分析两种工艺所获得的合金的金相组织,断口形貌以及组织中相成分,并探究两种工艺获得的合金组织对力学性能的影响.结果表明:用热控法获得的K4169细晶合金,细晶铸造组织为细小均匀的等轴晶,且组织中Laves相和δ相的数量比普通铸造获得的合金少很多,碳化物数量略多;细晶铸造K4169合金在不同温度下,其拉伸强度,屈服强度比普通铸造要高,塑性稍低;持久强度却有很大的提高,是普通铸造的3.5倍左右,细晶铸造K4169合金具有良好的强度和韧性等综合力学性能. 关键词:细晶铸造......
