H2S/CO2环境中Gemini表面活性剂对L360钢的缓蚀性能赵景茂,兰旭北京化工大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:采用静态失重法,动电位极化法和电化学阻抗法研究了三种Gemini表面活性剂12-2-12,16-2-16和18-2-18在H2S/CO2环境中对L360钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨了缓蚀机理.研究表明,在本试验条件下,三种表面活性剂均表现出一定的缓蚀性能,其中,12-2-12效果最优,16-2-16其次,18-2-18缓蚀效果不明显.Gemini表面活性剂在金属表面的吸附可减轻腐蚀介质对碳钢的腐蚀.关键词:H2S/CO2;Gemini表面活性剂;缓蚀剂;吸附;......

Gemini型分散剂助剂对低阶煤制浆性能的影响苗真勇,李婷婷,孟献梁,褚睿智,张玉良,吴国光中国矿业大学化工学院摘 要:低阶煤表面含氧官能团多,不利于阴离子型分散剂在其表面吸附作用.采用季铵盐类Gemini表面活性剂和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(SAA)作为分散助剂,与萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物阴离子分散剂(NSF)复配使用,表征了助剂作用前后煤泥的表面官能团和表面电性,揭示了Gemini型分散助剂与NSF的分散增效作用机理.结果表明,Gemini助剂的分散增协作用比SAA更明显,可使低阶煤的成浆浓度提高2%以上,浆体稳定性提高;助剂通过疏水端作用在煤粒表面,亲水端伸入溶液,提高煤粒表面电负性;助剂和分散剂复配使用时,助剂优先作用在煤泥表面,可为阴离子分散剂提高较多吸附位点,提高分散剂吸附量,增加煤粒间的静电斥力和......
Gemini型分子在燃料电池用全互穿网络膜中的应用张帆,王璐璐,封瑞江,张扬辽宁石油化工大学化学化工与环境学部石油化工学院摘 要:以季铵化壳聚糖(QCS),丙烯酰胺(AM)和Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂顺丁烯二酸二乙酯撑基双[辛烷基二甲基氯/溴化铵](G8-2-8)为原料,借助引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)将AM与Gemini型分子引发聚合,生成嵌段聚合物.利用戊二醛(GA)将上述嵌段聚合物与QCS交联,制备具有全互穿网络结构的阴离子交换膜.结果表明,该膜具有较高的力学性能和电导率.另外,随着膜中G8-2-8质量分数的增加,电导率,含水率,离子交换量,断裂伸长率增加;拉伸强度下降.G8-2-8质量分数为20%的阴离子膜在70℃条件下,电导率高达6.56×10-2 S/cm.扫描电镜结果表明,Gemini分......
