新型钢包改质剂生产Q345C的应用研究彭军1,王世俊2,刘丽霞2,董元篪2,周云2(1.北京市北京科技大学 冶金与生态工程学院2.安徽工业大学 冶金与资源学院,安徽马鞍山 243002)摘 要:利用生产铝锭的铝渣或电解Al2O3的下脚料配制了一种含铝钢包顶渣改制剂,并将该改质剂应用于济南钢铁公司Q345C含铝钢的生产实验.实验结果表明:该改质剂有利于提高铝的收得率,并稳定钢中铝含量,精炼时能提高脱硫效率,但并不增加精炼过程回磷量,部分还有一定的脱磷效果.生产时添加该改质剂有回硅的趋势,但回硅量不大,能够满足生产......
