Cr12MoV冷作模具钢在深冷处理过程中的相变研究李向军1,李绍宏1,闵永安1,吴晓春1(1.上海市上海大学材料科学与工程学院)摘 要:采用DSC热分析及电阻测定等物理测试手段,对Cr12MoV钢在深冷处理过程中的相变进行了研究.结果表明,经冷处理后的试样在加热过程中有更多的碳化物析出,经过-196℃深冷处理的比-79℃冷处理的析出量更多.深冷处理促使残余奥氏体进一步向马氏体转变以及碳化物析出,是提高冷作模具钢尺寸稳定性和耐磨性能的一种有效措施. 关键词:Cr12MoV......
