电解电压对阳极氧化铝膜微观形貌的影响王晓燕1,翟秀静1,张廷安1,符岩1,郑双2(1.辽宁省沈阳市东北大学2.沈阳航空工业学院,沈阳 110032)摘 要:以H2SO4为电解液对高纯铝箔进行阳极氧化,考察电解电压对多孔阳极氧化铝膜微观形貌的影响.结果表明,在一定范围内氧化铝膜纳米孔孔径随电解电压增加而增大,但过高的电压值将导致铝箔的快速击穿.1.0mol/L H2SO4为电解液采用20V电解电压制得的氧化铝膜最好.电解液硫酸浓度过高使得纳米孔局部连通现象增多.关键词:金属材料; 阳极氧化铝膜; H......
高纯铁制备技术综述 张力1,徐志高1,罗远辉1,孙辉1,王力军1 (1.北京有色金属研究总院,北京,100088) 摘要:本文介绍了溶剂萃取,离子交换,电解精炼和区域熔炼等冶金提纯方法在高纯铁制备过程中的应用.采用溶剂萃取法和离子交换法,可以除去溶液中的大多数金属杂质,得到纯度为4N的高纯铁溶液.通过氢还原或电解精炼,可进一步去除杂质元素并获得纯度为6N的金属铁材料.区域熔炼法可对铁进行进一步精炼,使纯度达到极限.对不同的原料纯度以及不同的产品纯度要求,采用的工艺方法也有相应的变化,但一般采用几种方法相结合的工艺路线制备品质优良的高纯铁. 关键词:高纯铁; 溶剂萃取; 离子交换; 电解精炼; 区域熔炼; high purity iron; solvent extraction; ion exchange; electrolysis refining,zone melting......
