基于Fe基合金薄带巨磁阻抗效应的新型磁敏传感器 叶慧群1,何理1,金林枫1,郑金菊1 (1.浙江师范大学,电子信息技术研究所,浙江金华,321004) 摘要:利用Fe基合金薄带的巨磁阻抗效应和LC谐振回路特性,研制了一款新型巨磁阻抗磁敏传感器.文中介绍了Fe基合金薄带的巨磁阻抗特性,传感器的电路设计和实验数据分析.实验结果表明,该传感器具有重复性好(最大偏差为0.32%),几乎无迟滞(最大偏差为0.19%),线性度好(最大偏差为1.04%)且线性测量范围广(464.86~1488.52 A/m)等优点,在磁场检测和位移测量领域具有广泛的应用前景. 关键词:Fe基合金薄带; 巨磁阻抗效应; 磁传感器; Fe-based alloy thin ribbon; giant magneto-impedance effect; magnetic sensor; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
