纳米CeO_2/Zn-4.5Al-RE-Mg-Ti的复合搅拌制备工艺研究 曾光1,胡孝昀1,陈建康1,李子全1,周衡志1 (1.南京航空航天大学,江苏,南京,210016;2.南京工程学院,江苏,南京,211167) 摘要:采用卷入能力强的机械搅拌法制备Zn-4.5Al-RE-Mg-Ti(ZA)合金和纳米CeO_2团簇的初步混合体,然后用高能超声对卷入的CeO_2颗粒团进行分散,从而得到名义质量分数1%~6%的复合材料(ZACs).OM观察结果表明,ZACs的室温金相组织主要包括呈小岛状分布的α(Al)+βZn)共析组织和呈层片状分布的α+β组织.FE-SEM的结果表明,用该法制备的ZACs中纳米CeO_2微粒分布均匀. 关键词:复合搅拌工艺; Zn基复合材料; 纳米CeO_2; combination stirring process; Zn-based composites......
