7050合金RRA沉淀析出的TEM研究 张永刚1,李永霞1,陈昌麒1,黄正1,谷亦杰1 (1.北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程系,北京,100083) 摘要:采用透射电镜(TEM)和维氏硬度计研究了回归再时效 (RRA)处理对7050合金的的影响.研究发现,7050合金受回归温度和时间影响.当回归温度为453K和473K时,回归曲线由三部分组成,回归再时效曲线由两部分组成.与在回归曲线上存在的峰值硬度相比,回归再时效峰值硬度要高.TEM观察表明,硬度谷值的产生与GP 区的回溶有关,而峰值的产生与η′和η相的沉淀析出有关.回归再时效峰值高于回归峰值,这与回归再时效过程中η和η′相沉淀析出数目增加有关.当回归温度为493K, 回归和回归再时效曲线单调下降,分析认为由于回归温度高,回归曲线上不能区分GP区的回溶,η和η′相形核,η和η′相长大及粗化这三个阶段. 关键词:7050合金; 回......

7050铝合金回归再时效工艺(RRA)研究罗杰,吕正风,张华,孟凡林南山铝业股份有限公司摘 要:通过对传统RRA处理路线的改进,采用正交试验法得到了27mm厚的7050铝合金可工业化生产的RRA处理的热处理制度,即:预时效120℃/24h+20min内从120℃加热至190℃并保温60min后强制水冷到室温+再时效120℃/24h.这种制度经重复性验证及TEM分析,其晶内保持类似于T6状态的显微组织结构,为细小弥散的η’相和极少量的η相.同时,晶界析出物的大小和分布特征与T74状态的类似,这样既保证了T6状态的强度又具有T74状态的抗蚀性能.关键词:7050铝合金;回归再时效;RRA;显微组织;......

时效和RRA处理对国产7050铝合金性能的影响宫波,赖祖涵东北工学院物理系摘 要:研究了时效热处理和RRA热处理对国产7050铝合金强度,韧性及抗应力腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:合金经 140℃,24h 处理,强度和抗应力腐蚀性能优于传统的 T6处理;RRA 处理可使合金强度达到峰值,而抗应力腐蚀性能达到双级时效水平.分析了断裂韧性的影响因素,指出国产7050铝合金具有良好断裂韧性的原因是Fe,Si 杂质含量少,Mg,Cu 含量偏低.关键词:7050铝合金;RRA;断裂韧性;......
