Ni-SiC刷镀层高温氧化性能研究夏法锋1,和雅楠1,朱永永2,马春阳11. 东北石油大学机械科学与工程学院2. 重庆第二师范学院经济与工商管理系摘 要:采用电刷镀方法制备Ni-SiC刷镀层.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究Ni-SiC刷镀层的表面形貌和高温氧化性能.结果表明,镀态Ni-SiC刷镀层颗粒的平均粒径约为0.5μm.高温氧化实验表明,Ni-SiC刷镀层氧化增重量明显小于纯镍刷镀层的增重量,说明Ni-SiC刷镀层的抗高温氧化性能优良.Ni-SiC刷镀层表面存在大量细小的团状颗粒,且粒径分布较均匀,团状颗粒间无融合现象.其XRD图谱中的NiO相峰值较低,Ni相峰值较高.关键词:Ni-SiC刷镀层;电刷镀;高温氧化性;......
占空比对Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层性能的影响王红星1,2,谈淑咏1,2,沈彤1,21. 江苏省先进结构材料及应用技术重点实验室2. 南京工程学院材料工程学院摘 要:采用单脉冲电镀技术,在瓦特型镀液中,制备了Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)扫描电镜(SEM)分别表征了Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层相结构和表面形貌,通过静态浸泡腐蚀实验,磨损实验和高温氧化性能研究了复合镀层的性能.结果表明,在不同占空比下,Ni-SiC复合镀层的组织主要为Ni晶体;当占空比为70%时,复合镀层的显微硬度最大,为376 HV,摩擦系数最小;900℃,100 h高温氧化增重最小,为7.453 mg·cm-2为0.37.在3.5%Na Cl溶液中静态浸泡30 d后,占空比为70%时的复合镀层的失重最小,失重为......
