电沉积非晶Ni-Fe-P涂层析氢催化性能研究 吴佳莉1,孟惠民1,宋利君1 (1.北京科技大学,腐蚀与防护中心,北京,100083) 摘要:采用直流电镀技术,通过改变电沉积电流密度制备了不同的非晶Ni-Fe-P涂层.采用稳态极化技术比较不同电流密度下电镀Ni-Fe-P合金涂层电化学催化析氢活性,发现电流密度200A/m~2电沉积的Ni-Fe-P合金涂层的电化学催化析氢性能最好.通过XRD分析镀层相结构,SEM观察涂层表面的微观结构及EDX分析表面成分,研究影响非晶Ni-Fe-P合金涂层的析氢电催化活性原因.结果表明,影响非晶Ni-Fe-P合金涂层电催化活性的主要因素是镀层中Fe,P元素含量.当Fe的含量最大18.63%(原子分数),P的含量最小13.14%(原子分数)时,非晶Ni-Fe-P涂层电催化析氢活性最好. 关键词:电沉积; 析氢反应; Ni-Fe-P; 催化活性......
Ni-Fe-P合金催化制备螺旋碳纤维史海林,寇开昌,高攀,卓龙海西北工业大学理学院应用化学系摘 要:采用化学镀法在石墨基体表面沉积出Ni-Fe-P合金催化剂,通过SEM,XRD,EDX对合金催化剂进行分析表征.通过CVD法,以热处理后的Ni-Fe-P合金作为催化剂,噻吩为助催化剂,乙炔为碳源,反应温度为650℃条件下成功制备出螺旋碳纤维.研究发现所得产物全部为尺寸,形貌规整的双螺旋碳纤维,纤维长度达到毫米级,螺旋直径及单根纤维直径分别为2~3μm,0.5~0.8μm.关键词:合金催化剂;化学气相沉积;螺旋碳纤维;......

化学镀Ni-Fe-P合金的组成,结构和耐蚀性 王艳芝1 (1.燕山大学环境与化学工程系,河北,秦皇岛,066004) 摘要:在铝合金基体上化学镀Ni-Fe-P合金,研究了合金的成分,结构及其耐腐蚀性,并研究了NaH2PO2浓度,金属盐的比例及pH值对镀速和镀层组成的影响.在NaH 2PO2浓度为35 g/L,金属盐的比例为0.4,pH=9.0~10.0时,合金中铁和磷含量均达到最大值(分别为37.42%和3.43%).镀层主要为非晶态结构.其耐腐蚀性随铁含量的增大而增强,且在10%NaOH 溶液中的耐腐蚀性能优于在1 mol/L HCl和3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能. 关键词:化学镀; 成分; 结构; 耐腐蚀性; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
