2519铝合金及焊缝应力腐蚀性能研究 乔立1,彭建中1,王生1,周古昕1,宋建民1,刘玲霞1 (1.中国兵器科学研究院宁波分院,浙江,宁波,315103) 摘要:用美国ER2319焊丝,采用钨极氩弧焊接和搅拌摩擦焊接工艺焊接2519铝合金板材.对两种焊接工艺焊接的板材焊缝部位取样,用慢应变速率试验方法,研究2519铝合金板材及两种焊接工艺焊接的接头,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,1.58×10-6S-1的慢应变速率下的应力腐蚀特性.试验结果表明:2519铝合金板材及焊缝抗应力腐蚀性能较好;用钨极氩弧焊接工艺焊接的试样,在惰性气体中试样断在焊缝的熔合线附近:搅拌摩擦焊接工艺焊接试样,不论在惰性气体还是在3.5%NaCl溶液中,均断裂在焊缝部位.焊缝区的抗应力腐蚀性能好于板材. 关键词:2519铝合金; 焊接接头; 慢应变速率; 应力腐蚀; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
形变热处理对2519铝合金性能的影响 张辉1,彭大暑1,林启权3 (1.中南大学,材料科学与工程学院,湖南,长沙,410083;2.湖南大学材料科学与工程学院,湖南长沙410082;3.湘潭大学,机械工程学院,湖南,湘潭,411105) 摘要:采用正交试验法设计了2519铝合金的形变热处理工艺方案,按设计方案进行了热处理试验和力学性能及电化学腐蚀性能测试,分析了各因子对该合金力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:形变热处理明显提高了2519铝合金的抗拉强度,而其抗电化学腐蚀性能有所减弱;形变热处理的最佳工艺为:淬火温度530℃,固溶时间0.5 h,变形量15%,时效温度150℃,保温时间10 h. 关键词:2519铝合金; 形变热处理; 正交试验; 电化学腐蚀; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
