乙醇sol-gel法制备二元Skutterudite化合物纳米粉体 张清杰1,褚颖1,赵文俞1,唐新峰1 (1.武汉理工大学,材料复合新技术国家重点实验室,湖北,武汉,430070) 摘要:首次采用乙醇sol-gel法制备二元Skutterudite化合物CoSb3纳米粉体.以CoCl2·6H2O和SbCl3为初始原料,乙醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为络合剂,经过溶胶-凝胶过程,将干燥凝胶研磨成粉,然后置于管式气氛炉中进行还原热处理.研究结果表明,当Sb/Co和C6H8O7/Co的摩尔配比适当,且还原气氛为H2,温度为300~600℃,最终可得到平均粒径尺寸在30nm左右的CoSb3纳米粉体. 关键词:乙醇sol-gel; Skutterudite; 纳米粉体; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
Sol-gel制备PLCT薄膜的结晶特性与电畴结构研究 朱建国1,袁小武1,吴家刚1,卢苇1,朱基亮1,陈强1,方瑜1,肖定全1 (1.四川大学,材料科学与工程学院,四川,成都,610064) 摘要:运用sol-gel技术制备了(Pb,La,Ca)TiO3(简写为PLCT)铁电薄膜;利用XRD,SEM,AFM和EDAX分析了PLCT薄膜的结构,表面形貌和组分.XRD衍射结果表明,PLCT薄膜呈钙钛矿结构.随着退火时间的增加,PLCT薄膜的XRD衍射峰的强度也随之增加.SEM,AFM分析表明,PLCT铁电薄膜表面平整,致密,无裂缝.EDAX分析表明,PLCT薄膜的实际组分十分接近设计组分.利用PFM分析了PLCT薄膜的电畴结构,发现随着退火时间的增加,PLCT薄膜的电畴由细小圆点状逐渐增大并形成片状电畴. 关键词:PLCT; 铁电薄膜; SEM; AFM; PFM; [全文内容......

Sol-Gel法低温共烧LiZn铁氧体研究 冯涛1,廖杨1,韩志全1 (1.西南应用磁学研究所,四川绵阳,621000) 摘要:用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备了Li0.5-0.5xZnxMnaFe2.5-0.5x-aO4(0.1≤x≤0.6)铁氧体纳米粉.比较了分别以柠檬酸和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为络合剂时粉料的X射线衍射(XRD)谱.XRD分析表明,以柠檬酸为络合剂制备的粉料粒度为6~22 nm,生成尖晶石的固相反应从400℃开始,到600℃完成;以PVA为络合剂的粉料的XRD谱为复杂双相结构.SEM形貌照片和烧结收缩曲线表明,不同活性粉料对烧结致密化和晶粒生长过程有明显影响.在纳米粉的低温烧结过程中发生了晶粒异常生长.选择较少(0.25 mol%)的Bi2O3添加量和适当工艺参数便可以实现Ts≤900℃的低温烧结.给出了880±20℃烧结样品的铁磁共振线宽△H和饱和磁化强度......

Sol-gel法制备BaTiO3,BaTi2O5和BaTi4O9粉末龚义平,刘长永,郭冬云,王传彬,沈强,张联盟摘 要:采用Sol-gel法合成了BaTiO3,BaTi2O5和BaTi4O9粉末,利用XRD和SEM研究了它们的晶相和微观结构.在较低温度烧结得到的粉末都存在一定量的杂相,随着烧结温度的升高,杂相逐渐消失.在1000℃以上温度烧结,可以得到单相BaTiO3和BaTi2O5粉末,而单相BaTi4O9粉末则在1300℃以上温度烧结得到.随着n(Ba)/n(Ti)减小,所得单相的烧结温度逐渐升高.随着烧结温度的升高,BaTiO3,BaTi2O5和BaTi4O9粉末的晶粒逐渐长大.800℃以上温度烧结得到的四方BaTiO3钙钛矿相粉末主要由方形和圆形的晶粒组成;1100℃烧结得到的单斜......
