钕系催化剂合成高顺式窄分布聚丁二烯刘贤光1,张春庆1,胡雁鸣1,张学全21. 大连理工大学化工学院高分子材料系2. 中国科学院长春应用化学研究所摘 要:以新癸酸钕(简称Nd)/氢化二异丁基铝(简称Al)/氯化二乙基铝(简称Cl)为催化剂进行了丁二烯(简称Bd)聚合.考察了催化剂配制时不同Bd用量,[Al]/[Nd],[Cl]/[Nd],聚合温度和时间对Bd聚合的影响.结果表明:催化剂配制时,随Bd用量的增加,催化活性升高,相对分子质量分布变窄.聚合物产率在[Al]/[Nd]比值很低([Al]/[Nd]=10)时即可达到100%.所得聚合物具有高相对分子质量(-Mn=44×104),窄的相对分子质量分布(1.47),高cis-1,4结构含量(98.3%).聚合物的微观结构基本不受反应条件的影响,显示该催......
