  合金中析出非共格的E(Al18Cr2Mg3)相.冷却速率较小时,粗大平衡相更易于非共格的E相上析出.在2~40 ℃/s的冷却速率范围内,含Zr合金具有更高的强度；以Zr代Cr可使125 mm厚的板材强度提高约50 MPa,同时保持断裂韧性相当[67].因此,低淬火敏感性合金中的Cr含量都很低,如表1所列.B93合金添加Zr后淬火敏感性增加,Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr合金中添加Co元素可显著降低淬火敏感性[61].Sc的加入可降低Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金固溶体的稳定性,其作用较Zr和Mn要大,但小于Cr的；Sc含量越高时,保持的非再结晶组织越多,亚晶粒平均尺寸越小,亚晶界越多[68],而缓冷时,η平衡相形核的位置越多,合金的淬火敏感性越高. 微量元素的含量对合金淬火敏感性也有很大的影响.B95合金的淬火敏感性随Cr和Mn含量的减小而降低[61].本文作者研究了Zr含量(0~0.15%)对......
