ZnO-Nb2O5掺杂SnO2基陶瓷研究汤帆,黄永前,孙敬韦,何洋四川大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:通过常压烧结制备SnO2基陶瓷,研究了ZnO,Nb2O5单掺杂及ZnO-Nb2O5复合掺杂对SnO2基陶瓷的烧结性能及电阻率的影响.采用SEM及XRD对试样分别进行了微观结构观察及物相分析.研究表明,掺杂ZnO能提高陶瓷的体积密度,但对于降低电阻率的影响不明显,当ZnO掺杂量在0.5%~0.75%(质量分数)时,SnO2基体积密度可达到6.67~6.73g/cm3;掺杂Nb2O5不能有效提高烧成陶瓷的体积密度,但能显著降低SnO2基陶瓷的电阻率;0.5%(质量分数)ZnO~1.5%(质量分数)Nb2O5复合掺杂在1450℃下烧成的陶瓷可得到较好的性能,其体积密度可达到6.61g/cm3,常温电阻率为......

添加SnO2的RuO2+TiO2/Ti钛阳极的组织形貌 周敬恩1,唐电2,王欣1 (1.西安交通大学,陕西,西安,710049;2.福州大学,福建,福州,350002) 摘要:采用溶胶凝胶(Sol-gel)法,经涂刷,烧结,退火等工艺制备了添加不同含量SnO2的RuO2+ SnO2+TiO2/Ti涂层钛阳极.并通过X射线衍射(XRD),差热分析(DTA),透射电镜(TEM)分析了SnO2组元对RuO2+TiO2+SnO2/Ti钛阳极涂层组织,晶粒尺寸和外观形貌的影响.结果表明:本实验所获涂层颗粒为纳米结构,且添加SnO2组元有显著细化涂层晶粒的效果;阳极涂层主要组成物相为(Ru,Sn,Ti)O2固溶体,SnO2组元含量增加,退火温度升高,该固溶体能稳定存在;添加SnO2组元的RuO2+SnO2+TiO2涂层晶粒外观呈较理想等轴状特征. 关键词:钛阳极; 溶胶凝胶法; 纳米涂层......
水热法合成纳米SnO2粉体 高濂1,张建荣1 (1.中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所高性能陶瓷与超微结构国家重点实验室,上海,200050) 摘要:以硝酸锡为原料, 配成稳定溶液, 进行水热反应合成得到了晶粒尺寸只有数纳米的SnO2粉体.以FT-IR, XRD, TEM等分析手段对粉体进行了表征.FT-IR表明所得粉体均已实现了晶化.XRD衍射峰显示为SnO2相, 衍射峰宽化明显, 且随水热温度的升高宽化变窄, 结晶性提高.粉体的晶胞体积随水热温度也呈现规律性变化.TEM表明粒子均为数纳米, 粉体的分散性能良好,团聚很少. 关键词:SnO2; 纳米粉体; 水热合成; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
