丁基橡胶阻尼材料的混炼改性技术及其对力学性能的影响研究 陈立新1,孙素明1,曹君1,罗世凯1,丁国芳1,石耀刚1 (1.中国工程物理研究院化工材料研究所,绵阳,621900) 摘要:研究了硬脂酸对丁基橡胶阻尼材料胶料混炼工艺技术的改性,以及对体系相态结构和相关力学性能的影响.结果表明:在丁基橡胶阻尼材料体系中加入适量的硬脂酸可以显著降低共混胶料体系的门尼粘度,有利于丁基橡胶胶料的混炼加工,明显优化了混炼胶体系的相态结构,提高了第二组分的分散性和分散效果.在混炼胶体系中添加2份硬脂酸可以消除硫化成型后橡胶制品中的气泡现象,且对成型产品的力学性能和力学阻尼性能等综合使用性能没有不良影响. 关键词:硬脂酸; 阻尼材料; 混炼技术; 力学性能; steartic acid; damping materials; mixing technology; mechanical......
DZ改性聚醚型聚氨酯阻尼材料的研究 陈蓉蓉1,宋川1,陈野1,郭艳宏1 (1.哈尔滨工程大学材料科学与化学工程学院,哈尔滨,150001) 摘要:通过动态力学热分析仪(DMA)和差示扫描热分析仪(DSC)研究了由聚氨酯(PU)与N,N-二环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(DZ)组成的混杂材料的阻尼性能.对PU/DZ混杂材料的DMA分析表明,DZ的加入使PU/DZ混杂材料的玻璃化转变温度升高,同时阻尼因子明显增大.DSC研究表明,PU/DZ混杂材料中的DZ有3种存在状态.DZ加入量的不同会对PU/DZ混杂材料的阻尼性能产生很大影响. 关键词:有机小分子; 聚氨酯; 改性; 阻尼材料; organic small molecule; polyurethanes; modification; damping material; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
