锌浸出液针铁矿法除铁邓永贵1,陈启元1,尹周澜1,张平民1(1.湖南省长沙市中南大学化学化工学院)摘 要:使用微分反应器装置针铁矿法从湿法炼锌浸出液除铁,对含铁为Fe3+/Fe2+浸出液为待除铁液进行试验.结果表明,此法除铁易于工业实践,除铁效果好.在大量晶种存在时,溶液pH=2.5,除铁后溶液含铁量为0.0064g/L,除铁率为99.74%,而没有晶种存在时,相同pH值时,除铁率仅为90%,除铁后溶液含铁量大于0.07g/L.关键词:冶金技术; 锌浸出液除铁; 针铁矿法; 晶种; 微分反应器装置......
