微波辅助-水相共沉淀法纳米ITO粉体的制备及其表征朱协彬1,2,姜涛2,邱冠周2,黄伯云21. 安徽工程大学安徽高性能有色金属材料重点实验室2. 中南大学资源加工与生物工程学院摘 要:利用微波辅助-水相共沉淀法,在InCl3和SnCl4混和溶液中添加PEG-6000,并滴加体积比1∶4浓度的氨水,并在不同反应温度(35~75℃)下制备了ITO前驱体,在温度800℃煅烧1h后得到纳米ITO粉体.利用SEM对纳米ITO粉体的形貌进行表征,用XRD对其结构,晶粒度和堆垛层数进行了表征,同时用纳米粒度Zeta电位分析仪对相应颗粒度进行了测试.讨论了微波辅助下不同反应体系温度对制备的纳米ITO粉体的形貌和尺寸的影响,并探讨了其机理,研究结果表明,随着反应体系温度的上升,纳米ITO粉体形貌由球形转为棒形,其晶体结......

溶胶凝胶模板法合成ITO纳米管及其氢敏性能 孙银弟1,孙超1,叶枫1,张海礁1,周玉1,孟庆昌1,徐慧芳1 (1.哈尔滨工业大学,黑龙江,哈尔滨,150001) 摘要:采用简单的溶胶凝胶阳极氧化铝模板法制备了ITO纳米管.通过FE-SEM,HRTEM,XRD对其微观形貌,结构,相组成等进行了表征和分析,并测试了其对H_2的气敏特性.结果表明,所得纳米管是由10~20 nm晶粒组成的多晶结构,壁厚约为25 nm,平均直径约250 nm,与AAO (Anodic Aluminum Oxide)模板的直径相同.产物在550 ℃热处理后为立方铁锰矿结构的In_2O_3,Sn~(4+)已经掺杂到In_2O_3的晶格中.所得ITO纳米管常温下对氢气具有较好的敏感性及稳定性. 关键词:ITO纳米管; 溶胶-凝胶; 模板法; 氢敏性能; ITO nanotubes; sol-gel; AAO......

络盐法制备纳米晶铟锡氧化物(ITO)粉末陈林,吴伯麟摘 要:以纯铟,SnCl4.5H2O为原料,采用络盐法制备了一次晶粒平均尺寸小于15 nm,费氏粒度为148.5 nm,粒径分布较窄,在8003 600 cm-1间对红外光的吸收或反射率在90%以上的纳米晶铟锡氧化物(ITO)粉末.通过制备络合盐晶体(NH4)2InCl5.H2O和(NH4)2SnCl6,证实反应初始溶液中有络离子存在.研究了络离子本身以及分散剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对ITO粒径的影响.用XRD,红外光谱仪和激光粒度仪对ITO粉末进行了表征.结果表明:络离子浓度的增加有利于ITO粉末粒径的变小,分散剂的加入有利于ITO费氏粒度的减小.关键词:铟锡氧化物(ITO);纳米晶;络盐法;分散剂;络离子;......
