拜耳法高铁赤泥直接还原制备海绵铁的研究 张元波1,蔡凌波1,黄柱成1,杨永斌1,姜涛1 (1.中南大学) 摘要:高铁赤泥煤基直接还原-磁选分离制备海绵铁,实现了铁的有效富集;还原过程中2FeO·SiO2和FeO·Al2O3的生成阻碍了赤泥中铁氧化物还原,采用预焙烧处理可以促进赤泥还原,但添加剂存在时经预焙烧处理效果不显著;还原过程中添加剂Na2CO3产生碱性氧化物与酸性氧化物反应,CaF2则可降低固相反应产生化合物熔点和粘度,改善还原条件;添加3%Na2CO3和3%CaF2,还原焙烧温度为1 150 ℃,还原焙烧时间为3 h时,还原焙烧块的金属化率达到92.79%,可获得铁品位89.57......
