水溶性缓蚀剂对钕铁硼永磁材料的防腐蚀性能 娄桂艳1,孟瑶2,李广宇2 (1.沈阳工业大学理学院,辽宁,沈阳,110023;2.沈阳理工大学环境与化学工程学院,辽宁,沈阳,110168) 摘要:采用叠片腐蚀试验方法评定了无机盐型,脂肪酸型,硼酸胺型和膦酸酯型等4类9种水溶性缓蚀剂在水性环境中对钕铁硼永磁材料防腐蚀性能的影响.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)观察了金属表面形态及元素分布.结果显示,无机盐型,硼酸胺型和膦酸酯型缓蚀剂对钕铁硼永磁材料均无明显的缓蚀作用,而脂肪酸型缓蚀剂对钕铁硼永磁材料有一定的缓蚀作用,其中以双十一酸(DC11)的防腐蚀效果最为突出,并且随着缓蚀剂浓度的增大,防腐蚀性能逐渐提高. 关键词:缓蚀剂; 钕铁硼永磁材料; 防腐蚀性能; inhibitor; NdFeB permanent magnet; corrosion behavior......
