NiTi形状记忆合金表面氧化膜的成分和结构 朱胜利1,崔振铎1,杨贤金1,何菲2 (1.天津大学材料科学与工程学院,天津,300072;2.天津大学一碳化工国家重点实验室,天津,300072) 摘要:用AES和XPS研究了NiTi合金表面氧化膜的成分和结构.结果表明,NiTi合金表面主要元素有C,O,Ti,Ni等;氧化膜的最外层由TiO2和TiO及少量的Ni组成,TiO和TiO2的相对含量分别为 30.32%,69.68%;表面氧化膜下存在一层富Ni层.随表面距离的增加,TiO2和TiO的含量逐渐减少,Ti的含量增加,而Ni一直没有价态的变化. 关键词:NiTi合金; 氧化膜; XPS; AES; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
