机械振动对纯铜凝固组织的影响杨志杰1,苍大强1,李宇1,宗燕兵1(1.北京市北京科技大学 冶金与生态工程学院)摘 要:研究机械振动对纯铜凝固组织的影响,结果表明,在铜液的凝固过程中施加机械振动能够明显改善其凝固组织,但增大振幅的作用效果优于频率.试验得出频率为100Hz,振幅为10mm时对铜的凝固组织的改善效果最佳,等轴晶率及平均晶粒面积分别为32.90%和4.36mm2,同不施加机械振动的试样相比,等轴晶率增加到了1/3以上,平均晶粒面积减小了4倍以上.关键词:机械振动； 纯铜； 振幅； 频率......
