掺杂对于旋涂热解法制备TiO_2薄膜的影响 谢冰1,周明斌1,潘年华1,章少华1 (1.南昌大学,江西,南昌,330047) 摘要:研究了掺杂Cu和Sn对于旋涂热解法制备TiO_2薄膜的影响.将钛酸丁酯,乙酰丙酮,PEG等溶解成为乙醇溶液,将该溶液旋转涂布在玻璃基片上,并在500 ℃下煅烧可得TiO_2薄膜.掺杂Cu和Sn能改善TiO_2薄膜的光催化性能,AFM和XRD表明掺杂后可以改善薄膜的结晶性. 关键词:二氧化钛; 热解法; 掺杂; 光催化; titania; pyrolysis; doping; photocatalysis; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
