钨在不同温度下形成的辉光离子渗镀层的特性 张弘1,苏永安1,徐重1,古凤英1 (1.太原理工大学表面工程研究所,太原,030024) 摘要:利用扫描电镜,X射线衍射等技术对采用辉光离子渗镀技术在不同温度下于碳钢表面形成的钨渗镀层进行了研究.结果表明:渗镀层表面的沉积层为形成织构的体心立方晶体钨,内侧的扩散层为固溶钨的α-Fe相,其上分布着FeW3C.在较低渗镀温度下,钨沉积层形成锥状晶,具有较高的硬度,而耐蚀性相对较差.随渗镀温度升高,锥状晶不断长大,最后形成柱状晶,这时耐蚀性较好而硬度相对降低. 关键词:钨渗镀层; 辉光放电; 等离子表面合金化; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
