40CrNi2Mo钢中厚靶板的抗枪弹行为研究 董瀚1,李晓源1,时捷1 (1.钢铁研究总院,结构材料研究所,北京,100081) 摘要:利用卵形尖头弹丸垂直撞击40CrNi2Mo钢中厚靶板,观察不间弹速下钢板出现的损伤形貌,评定背面强度极限,分析了穿甲机制与抗弹性能的关系.结果表明,抗拉强度小于1 270 MPa时,钢板以塑性扩孔形式穿甲.利用两阶段塑性扩孔模型计算出的钢板塑性扩孔耗能与实验吻合较好.由于强度是影响塑性扩孔耗能的主要因素,因而钢板的抗弹性能随着强度升高而单调递增.强度进一步升高后钢板因产生与绝热剪切相关的损伤而失效,因而抗弹性能下降. 关键词:40CrNi2Mo钢; 塑性扩孔; 绝热剪切; 抗弹性能; 40CrNi2Mo steel; ductile hole enlargement; adiabatic shear; ballistic performance......
