X射线衍射法测定高炉渣中非晶相含量的研究戴晓天1,郭培民1,齐渊洪1,张春霞1,严定鎏1(1.北京市钢研科技集团公司 先进钢铁流程及材料国家重点实验室)摘 要:用X射线衍射法对高炉渣中非晶相含量进行了定量分析.采用晶态衍射峰和非晶包的积分面积分别表征高炉渣中晶体和非晶体的衍射强度,在此基础上找出晶体与非晶体的质量比(mc/ma)和晶态与非晶衍射峰的面积比(Ic/Ia)呈线性关系的区域,并通过线性回归求出比例系数K.实验发现,不同的炉渣mc/ma和Ic/Ia呈线性关系的区域不同,它们的K值也各不相同;这种方法适用于对非晶含量较高,采用急冷处理的高炉渣进行定量分析;该方法的绝对误差<4%,相对误差<5%.关键词:高炉渣; 非晶相; 定量分析; X射线衍射; 线性回归; 干式粒化......
