TC4钛合金激光叠焊成形及显微组织 黄继华1,杨静1,郭和平2,赵兴科1,程东海1 (1.北京科技大学,北京,100083;2.北京航空制造工程研究所,北京,100024) 摘要:研究TC4钛合金激光叠焊成形及焊缝显微组织特征,提出表征叠焊接头焊合程度的指标--焊合率ψ.研究结果表明:焊缝熔宽随着激光功率的升高和焊接速度的降低逐渐增加,上板焊缝熔宽大于下板焊缝,而连接焊缝处的熔宽最小;焊合率随着叠焊两板间间隙的增加或焊接线能量的升高而降低;焊缝组织为针状马氏体α''组成的"网篮"组织,上板焊缝中马氏体分布更密集;热影响区中存在少量细小马氏体组织,且呈梯度分布.由于马氏体的界面增强效应,使焊缝横向显微硬度沿焊缝中心向母材逐渐降低,且上板焊缝显微硬度略高于下板焊缝. 关键词:激光叠焊; TC4钛合金; 焊合率; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

基于组织均匀性目标的TC4合金盘形件等温成形工艺优化 黄永胜1,张李骊2,李付国2,彭富华1,陈希凯2 (1.成都飞机工业公司,成都,610092;2.西北工业大学材料学院,西安,710072) 摘要:采用有限元数值模拟虚拟试验方法,以终锻件组织均匀性为目标,研究了TC4合金盘形件等温成形过程,为锻造工艺参数的优化提供了一条从虚拟试验-回归模型-优化设计的新思路.根据锻造工艺参数与组织均匀性之间的关系,结合建立的回归模型,采用单纯形优化算法对TC4合金盘形件等温锻造成形工艺参数进行了优化.采用优化后的工艺参数模拟了等温锻造成形过程,结果表明,锻后组织分布均匀,优化效果显著. 关键词:TC4合金; 虚拟试验; 优化设计; 单纯形法; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
