SVC在攀钢轨梁厂万能轧机上的应用严飞1(1.四川省攀枝花市攀钢信息工程技术有限责任公司自动化分公司)摘 要:攀钢集团钢钒有限公司轨梁厂万能轧机主传动采用交交变频,谐波含量大,功率因数低,为了解决由此造成的电能质量问题,投产后不久便增设了SVC装置.在分析万能轧机同步电动机交交变频传动系统的负荷,谐波以及TCR产生的谐波的基础上,对轧机SVC装置的参数计算,补偿效果进行了研究,并将结果与实测数据进行了比较.SVC装置投运后,电网电能质量得到明显改善,功率因数和谐波含量均满足国家标准.关键词:轨梁厂......
