NiO掺杂对MnZn功率软磁铁氧体材料性能的影响王宏,林庆培,周锋广东风华高新科技股份有限公司摘 要:采用传统氧化物湿法工艺制备了NiO掺杂Mn0.72Zn0.20Fe2.06O4软磁铁氧体材料,研究了NiO掺杂对MnZn功率铁氧体显微结构及电磁性能的影响.实验发现,掺杂适量NiO的情况下,铁氧体晶粒生长均匀,具有较高的居里温度和饱和磁通密度.并且随着掺杂量的增加,在不明显影响最低损耗的同时,功耗谷点向高温方向移动.掺杂0.15wt%NiO,在双推板N2窑中烧结的Mn0.72Zn0.20Fe2.06O4功率铁氧体具有较好的综合性能:μi=2302,Pcv=338mW/cm3(Tp=100℃),Bs=492mT,TC=250℃.关键词:MnZn功率铁氧体;NiO掺杂;电磁性能;......

高分子网络微区沉淀法制备纳米NiO粉体 任瑞铭1,崔学军1,李国军1 (1.大连交通大学材料科学与工程学院,辽宁,大连,116028) 摘要:采用高分子网络微区沉淀法制备了纳米级NiO粉体.该方法是以硝酸镍和尿素为原料,以丙烯酰胺为有机单体,以N,N''-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水浴63℃中加热凝胶.采用TG-DTA,XRD,TEM等手段分析的结果表明:在600℃煅烧的粉体颗粒细小均匀,粒径在35~45 nm,并且单分散性好.凝胶过程是在高分子网络内形成微区沉淀,且彼此独立,加热煅烧时在未发生团聚前分解,保证烧结粉体的单分散性,从而解决了其它方法普遍存在的团聚问题. 关键词:纳米氧化镍; 凝胶法; 单分散; 微区沉淀; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

自组装花状α-Ni(OH)2和NiO的制备和表征李长玉,刘守新东北林业大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:以硝酸镍为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,在不添加任何模板和表面活性剂条件下,采用均匀沉淀法制备出具有自组装结构的花状α型Ni(OH)2,并以其为前驱体,制得了同样具有花状结构的NiO.采用XRD,SEM,HRTEM,TG和低温液氮吸附技术对样品的晶相结构,表面形貌和孔径结构等进行表征.测试结果显示,所制备的样品是α型Ni(OH)2,比表面积是245.0m2/g,而且这些直径为4~6μm的花状Ni(OH)2是由许多纳米薄片相互组装而成.将花状Ni(OH)2在400℃焙烧2h即可获得具有花状结构的NiO,其比表面积为125.2m2/g.关键词:α型Ni(OH)2;NiO;自组装;纳米材料;......
