Al-Li合金淬火组织中的蜷线位错丁桦,张彩碚,崔建忠摘 要:用透射电镜观察了Al-Li合金淬火组织的位错形态,对已提出的蜷线位错的形成机制进行了评述,并对所研究Al-Li合金中蜷线位错的形成进行了分析.研究结果表明,Al-Li合金中的蜷线位错主要是由受钉扎的位错和弯曲的位错在过饱和空位的作用下攀移形成的.关键词:Al-Li合金;蜷线位错;......
