析型煤的成型机理.通过实验室型煤成型试验优选出三种型煤粘结剂:腐殖酸,淀粉,钠基膨润土.理论分析,扫描电镜检测和Zeta电位测量结果表明:腐殖酸,淀粉和钠基膨润土这三种粘结剂都可使煤粒充分地结合,可使型煤有较好的冷强度,热强度,热稳定性.腐殖酸,淀粉作为有机粘结剂,粘结性和耐水性优于钠基膨润土,但热稳定性相对较差,而钠基膨润土为无机粘结剂,来源广泛,价格优惠,热稳定性和热强度较好,但可燃性差,增加型煤灰分,降低型煤的发热量,故三种粘结剂复配,同时可提高型煤的冷强度,热强度,热稳定性,易满足工业型煤使用要求;对比三种粘结剂的扫描电镜图可发现加入淀粉时,煤粒之间可形成更多的形状各异且分布均匀的结晶体和凝胶体,型块的强度更大;从测试出的原煤及不同粘结剂型煤的Zeta电位的大小来看,型煤煤粒表面的Zeta电位也会影响型煤的的强度大小,煤粒表面Zeta电位的绝对值越小,静电斥力越小,型煤强度就越高......
