搅拌头结构形状对焊缝性能影响的研究 曹朝霞1 (1.包头职业技术学院,材料工程系,内蒙,古包头014030) 摘要:搅拌头是搅拌摩擦焊的关键技术.采用圆柱形搅拌头,进行铝合金薄板对接搅拌摩擦焊工艺试验.试验过程中,通过改变搅拌头肩部及搅拌针的尺寸,分析其对焊接过程及焊缝质量的影响.结果表明:对于厚度为3 mm的铝合金板材,当采用搅拌针直径为3 mm,肩部直径为9 mm的圆柱形搅拌头施焊,在合理的焊接工艺参数下施焊,可获得质量良好的焊接接头. 关键词:搅拌摩擦焊; 固相连接技术; 搅拌头; friction stir welding (FSW); solid -phase joining technique; stir-welding head; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
