NbC添加量对板状WC晶粒硬质合金显微组织及力学性能的影响高璐1,郑勇1,赵毅杰11. 南京航空航天大学材料科学与技术学院摘 要:本文以真空烧结法制备了含板状硬质相晶粒的WC-NbC-Co硬质合金,通过DSC,XRD,SEM,EDS等手段研究了NbC添加量对硬质合金显微组织和力学性能的影响规律.结果表明:随着NbC添加量的增加,板状硬质相晶粒硬质合金显微组织中硬质相晶粒尺寸先下降再增大后减小,平均长厚比逐渐减小,尺寸均匀性先增加后下降.随着NbC添加量的增加,板状硬质相晶粒硬质合金抗弯强度下降,硬度先增加后下降,断裂韧性逐渐下降.NbC添加量为1%时,所制备的板状硬质相晶粒硬质合金的抗弯强度,硬度和断裂韧性分别为:2 604 MPa,91.4 HRA,14.3 MPa·m1/2.关键词......
