  ZrO2-Y2O3复合Sol(溶胶)的制备吕反修,许庆芳,吕永平,叶锐曾,宋铂北京科技大学材料系泸州化工学院摘 要:用无机金属盐水解及有机醇盐中间体合成制备Ｓｏｌ(溶胶)的方法,包括制备ＺｒＯ２-Ｙ２Ｏ３Ｓｏｌ,Ｓｏｌ的纯化,Ｓｏｌ-Ｇｅｌ转变,表征了Ｓｏｌ的各项物理化学特性,对两种方法制备的Ｓｏｌ进行了比较,结果表明,所制备的Ｓｏｌ都呈非聚集态,颗粒细小(＜１０ｎｍ),有非晶特征,１０００℃×１００ｈ的静态氧化试验证明,用有机醇盐制备的复合(ＺｒＯ２─Ｙ２Ｏ３)Ｓｏｌ涂覆在ＭＣｒＡｌＸ／ＧＨ２２０高温合金上显示了良好的抗氧化性能.关键词:Sol(溶胶);Gel(凝胶);纯化;有机醇盐;......
