氧化铝工业产出赤泥脱钠新工艺王云山1,杨刚1,张金平1(1.北京市科学院过程工程研究所湿法冶金清洁生产技术国家工程实验室)摘 要:采用绿色化学新工艺脱除赤泥中的钠.试验条件下氯化铵浸出赤泥中钠的较适宜工艺参数为:反应温度160℃,反应时间4h,氯化铵用量为理论用量的1.5倍,赤泥粒度为94~150μm.赤泥不溶性残渣中的Na2O含量可以降低到1%以下,满足作水泥材料要求.钙,镁,钠通过体系中NH3和CO2及烟道气中提取的CO2与氯化铵分离,氯化铵循环利用.关键词:有色金属冶金; 赤泥; 脱钠; 湿......
