氰化尾渣铅锌浮选试验研究 叶力佳1 (1.北京矿冶研究总院,矿物加工科学与技术国家重点实验室,北京,100044) 摘要:针对某氰化尾渣进行了详细的浮选试验研究,以YO为活化调整剂,采用异步混选新工艺经两次粗选,两次扫选,三次精选的工艺流程,最终获得铅锌混合精矿(铅+锌)品位52.56%,铅回收率85.15%,锌回收率97.51%.新工艺已应用到工业中,取得了较好的经济效益. 关键词:氰化尾渣; 调整剂; 浮选; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
氰化尾渣中锌浮选的研究 贺政1 (1.北京矿冶研究总院,北京,100044) 摘要:本次研究是在充分研究了氰化渣中的闪锌矿的矿物特性以及药剂对闪锌矿作用机理的基础上,采用电化学分析手段,提出了用YO作为闪锌矿调整剂,消除氰化物对闪锌矿的抑制作用,降低硫酸铜的消耗,从而实现了闪锌矿良好的浮选效果.工业试验锌精矿锌品位及回收率分别可以达到56.49%和86.63%,现已应用于工业生产. 关键词:氰化尾渣; 闪锌矿浮选; 调整剂; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

MS界面稳定性判据新探 刘林1,杨爱民1 (1.西北工业大学;2.西安石油学院) 摘要:给出了定向凝固平界面稳定性新的判据,(1+3k/y0)ξ+[1+(1+k)y0/4k≥1其中A为无量纲速度,ξ GLS/mGc,yo是有关A和ξ的一个二次方程的根.新判据的最大特点是可直接由凝固参数推断界面的稳定性,不用解高次方程发现MS绝对稳定性速度Va仅在加权温度梯度GLS→0时才是界面稳定性的临界速度当GLS>0时,K大于实际的临界速度.给出了一个新的绝对稳定性梯度条件,并求出了最小的绝对稳定性无量纲临界梯度. 关键词:界面稳定性; 绝对稳定性; 临界速度; 定向凝固; 温度梯度; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
CoO掺杂对15(20Ni-Cu)/(NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷导电性能的影响吴海明,李志友,甘雪萍,周科朝中南大学粉末冶金国家重点实验室摘 要:在15(20Ni-Cu)/(NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷中掺杂CoO,制备15(20Ni-Cu)/[10(xCoO-yNiO)-90NiFe2O4]金属陶瓷,研究CoO掺杂量x对15(20Ni-Cu)/(NiO-NiFe2O4)金属陶瓷材料的烧结致密化,物相组成以及电导率的影响.结果表明:当CoO掺杂量x为0~10%时,烧结样品中主要含有NiO,NiFe2O4,CuNi固溶体三相,Co2+离子嵌入到NiO-NiFe2O4陶瓷基体中取代部分Ni2+,形成NixCo1?xFe2O4和NiyCo1?yO相.CoO掺杂能提高该金属陶瓷的烧结致密度和电导率......
