文章编号:1004-0609(2010)S1-s0079-04 锻造温度对TC4-DT钛合金棒材力学性能及显微组织的影响 史小云,付宝全,王文盛,唐晓东,陈小苗 (西部超导材料科技有限公司,西安 710018) 摘 要:研究不同的锻造温度对TC4-DT棒材力学性能及显微组织的影响.结果表明:随着锻造温度的升高,试样的室温强度和塑性明显提高,但当温度升高到相变点以上时,强度开始降低.从显微组织来看,在相变点以下时,温度的升高导致初生α相含量明显降低,条状次生α相明显增多;当温度升高到相变点以上时,得到片状组织,温度越高,片状组织越粗大.因此,细小的次生α相对于强度的贡献要大于初生α相,原因是采用了同样的热处理制度,固溶强化的效果基本相同,强化作用主要由界面产生. 关键词:TC4-DT钛合金;力学性能;显微组织 中图分类号:TG146.23  ......
