Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.5Zr合金热压缩动态析出规律郑婷婷,李德江,曾小勤,丁文江上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院轻合金精密成型国家工程研究中心摘 要:本文定量地研究了Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.5Zr(GW103K)合金在350℃450℃及10-4s-110-1s-1热压缩条件下的动态析出规律.结果表明:固溶处理后的合金在450℃下压缩时,晶内和晶界均无析出相产生,在350℃400℃热压缩时,有大量不规则颗粒状的析出相产生;析出相主要是β相,平均成分为Mg5.5(Gd0.73Y0.27),大部分分布于再结晶小晶粒的晶界处;析出相的尺寸随温度升高和应变速率的降低而增大,400℃,10-4s-1变形条件下的析出相尺寸能达到1μm以上,而350℃,10-4s-1变形条件下的析出相尺寸在100nm左右;析出相......

不同固溶状态Mg-10Gd-3Y-1.2Zn-0.5Zr合金的力学性能及断裂行为周会会,宋鹏,黄太红,陆建生昆明理工大学摘 要:通过在Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.5Zr合金中添加少量Zn制备出一种新型Mg-10Gd-3Y-1.2Zn-0.5Zr合金,并利用扫描电子显微镜,拉伸试验机分析研究Mg合金不同状态下的显微组织,力学性能及断裂行为.结果表明:Mg-10Gd-3Y-1.2Zn-0.5Zr合金在不同的时效状态下,铸态塑性差,T4态塑性好,T6态塑性优于铸态但劣于T4态,且所有样品都是从脆性解理断裂为主,晶界和层状相界面比化合物界面结合牢固.通过比较3个不同温度下T6态的力学性能,发现提高固溶温度能提高合金的强度,但延伸率会略降.并且Zn促进层状相生长,但是对基体塑性提高作用有限.关键词......
