石墨含量对流延制备IT-SOFC电化学性能的影响罗凌虹,侯冰雪,吴也凡,王程程,程亮,石纪军,廖花妹景德镇陶瓷学院摘 要:以8YSZ为电解质,8YSZ+NiO+石墨造孔剂为阳极材料,采用水系流延技术制备平板式阳极支撑型中温固体氧化物燃料半电池,通过丝网印刷制备阴极获得单电池.研究石墨造孔剂的含量对阳极总气孔率(包括开口气孔率),显微结构和单电池的电化学性能的影响.通过与电化学性能(功率密度,电化学阻抗)的关联,阳极中造孔剂石墨含量的最佳值为20%(质量分数),该单电池的电化学性能最佳.以3%H2O+H2为燃料气,800℃时,单电池的开路电压(OCV)为1.1V,最大功率密度为0.81W/cm2,极化电阻为1.25Ω·cm2.关键词:固体氧化物燃料电池;水系流延;阳极;石墨造孔剂;电化学性......
