High-Velocity-Air-Fuel(高速火焰喷涂)技术在AZ31镁合金基体上制备了WC-CoCr涂层,采用XRD,SEM分别对涂层的相和显微结构进行了分析,同时研究了拉伸对偶件的弹性模量对涂层结合强度测试的影响,重点阐述了涂层的结合机理.此外,还研究了镁基高速火焰喷涂WC涂层的抗中性盐雾腐蚀性能.结果表明,采用HVAF技术,可在AZ31镁合金基体上获得致密,结合强度较高且具有良好抗腐蚀性能的WC-CoCr涂层.关键词:高速火焰喷涂(HVAF);WC-CoCr涂层;结合机理;抗腐蚀性能;......

超音速火焰喷涂及封孔处理对低合金钢抗中性盐雾腐蚀性能的影响 宋进兵1,刘敏1,周克崧1,邓春明2 (1.广州有色金属研究院材料表面中心,广东,广州,510651;2.广东工业大学材料与能源学院,广东,广州,510640) 摘要:通过电化学极化测试和中性盐雾试验,研究了300 M低合金钢上空气助燃的超音速火焰喷涂(HVAF)WC/17Co,WC/10Co4Cr涂层及硅氟树脂封孔处理后的抗腐蚀性能,并和电镀硬铬(EHC)的性能进行对比.中性NaCl溶液电化学极化测试结果表明,涂层处理明显提高了低合金钢的腐蚀电位.400h中性盐雾腐蚀结果表明,基体和涂层处理后抗腐蚀顺序依次为:WC/10Co4Cr+封孔>WC/10Co4Cr>EHC>WC/17Co+封孔>WC/17Co>基体.腐蚀后的SEM观察发现,腐蚀介质先腐蚀涂层中的粘结相,当其扩散到基材表面则优先腐蚀基体. 关键词:HVAF涂层......
