FeCoV合金ECAP变形和回火组织 符寒光1,杜忠泽2,王经涛3,伍来智4 (1.西安交通大学,陕西,西安,710049;2.西安建筑科技大学,陕西,西安,710055;3.南京理工大学,江苏,南京,210049;4.上海交通大学,上海,200030) 摘要:在室温下成功实现了FeCoV合金A方式的等径弯曲通道变形(equal channel angular pressing,简称ECAP),并研究了变形后的显微组织以及回火处理对FeCoV合金ECAP变形显微组织的影响.结果显示,FeCoV合金经ECAP变形后,形成细小的板条状组织,且尺寸明显减小,由0.40μm减小至90 nm.板条内有位错缠结现象.随着ECAP变形道次的增加,细板条发生断裂.4道次ECAP变形FeCoV合金回火后的组织仍为板条组织,板条内有碳化物颗粒和纳米尺度析出相存在. 关键词:等径弯曲通道变形......
