CuCr合金在NaCl盐膜下的腐蚀行为 李秋荣1,王丽敏2 (1.燕山大学,环境与化学工程学院,河北,秦皇岛,066004;2.大庆师范学院,化学系,黑龙江,大庆,163712) 摘要:为了丰富CuCr合金的高温腐蚀研究,扩大其应用,采用金相,X射线衍射,扫描电镜/能谱及热重分析法研究了CuCr合金在700~900℃NaCl盐膜下的腐蚀行为,并讨论了在该环境下变形对CuCr合金腐蚀的影响及NaCl加速CuCr合金腐蚀作用的机制.结果表明:合金在NaCl盐膜下发生严重的腐蚀,其腐蚀产物疏松且易剥落,Cr相较Cu易腐蚀,且在腐蚀区以下的合金基体中有贫铬现象,变形能加速CuCr合金的腐蚀速率. 关键词:CuCr合金; NaCl; 腐蚀; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

CuCr机械合金化工艺的研究 罗守靖1,李金平1,龚朝晖2,牛玮2,胡伟晔2 (1.哈尔滨工业大学材料学院;2.兵器工业五二研究所宁波分所) 摘要:采用机械合金化方法由Cu和Cr单质粉(按重量比1:1混粉)合成CuCr合金粉.采用X-射线衍射测试粉末的物相组织,扫描电镜分析粉末的微观形貌,各成份的含量以及元素的面分布,着重分析机械合金化工艺参数对CuCr机械合金化工艺的影响.结果表明:球磨速度是影响CuCr机械合金化工艺的主要因素,随球磨速度的增加,机械合金化效果显著;无论在各种不同的工艺参数的条件下,随球磨时间的延长,粉末都逐渐细化,Cu,Cr两相分布逐渐均匀,但合金化效果不明显;球料比对CuCr机械合金化影响比较复杂,一般来说,在其它工艺参数相同的条件下,随球料比增加,机械合金化效果增强;只是在较长球磨时间下球料比为10:1时才出现突变. 关键词:机械合金化; CuCr合金......
爆炸压实CuCr合金工艺的研究 罗守靖1,李金平1,龚朝辉2,牛玮2,胡伟晔2 (1.哈尔滨工业大学;2.五二所宁波分所) 摘要:采用机械合金化工艺由Cu,Cr粉按重量比各半合成CuCr预合金粉,然后用爆炸压实工艺制备真空断路器用电触点材料CuCr合金.着重研究了爆炸压实工艺参数对CuCr预合金粉爆炸压实的影响.结果表明:采用不同的爆炸工艺参数,都能爆炸成型得到密度超过相对理论密度(92%)的CuCr合金;另外,双管装置优于单管装置;提高装粉密度对爆炸成型有利.随着装药密度,药粉比或药粉筒比的增加,爆炸坯密度先逐渐提高,而后减小;球磨时间对爆炸坯密度影响较为复杂. 关键词:机械合金化; CuCr合金; 爆炸压实; 密度; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
