Zr基块体金属玻璃的形成和性能 张勇1,汪卫华1,庄艳歆1,潘明祥1,赵德乾1 (1.中国科学院物理研究所,北京,100080) 摘要:研究了一系列具有很强非晶形成能力(GFA)和优异性能的块体金属玻璃(BMG)及含有纳米晶的BMG的制备过程,结果表明,对掺碳的Zr/Ti基BMG,当碳含量(原子分数,%,下同)在1-2时,合金具有很宽的过冷液相区(SLR,晶化开始温度Tx和玻璃转变温度Tg之间的温区)和较高的约化玻璃转变温度Trg(Trg=Tg/Tm);当碳含量增至3-8时,合金为含有纳米晶ZrC的BMG基复合材料.加Fe的Zr/Ti基BMG的Fe含量最高可以达到8,当Fe含量为10-15时得到的是含有纳米晶Zr2Fe的BMG材料.Zr/Nb基BMG的GFA和Zr/Ti基BMG的GFA相当,但是Tg和Tx更高,因此具有更好的热稳定性.含Fe的Zr/Nb基BMG在Fe含量为8时具有最......
小冲杆试验法评价大块非晶合金的超塑性性能 张志豪, 谢建新 (北京科技大学 材料科学与工程学院, 北京 100083) 摘 要: 采用小冲杆试验法(SPT)研究了大块非晶合金(Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5)在不同温度和不同压头速度下的变形行为, 通过SPT载荷-位移曲线结合理论分析, 确定大块非晶(BMG)材料超塑性本构关系. 结果表明, BMG材料的SPT载荷-位移曲线对压头速度和实验温度的敏感性较高, 而SPT载荷-位移曲线的形状与材料的应变速率敏感系数, 粘度, 压头速度等因素有关. 在应变速率敏感系数和压头速度固定的条件下, SPT最大破裂载荷与粘度成正比; 最大破裂位移仅随应变速率敏感系数的增大而增大, 而与压头速度和粘度的大小无关. 获得了Zr41.25Ti13.75Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5 BMG应变速率敏感系数和表观粘......
